I believe anybody that wants to be dedicated to working out and track their progress needs motivation of all sorts. Part of this motivation is the oh-so-scary-I-don’t-want-the-world-to-see “Before” pics. But, you need these to have the “before and after” so here it is. I hate life.
And by the way… I have a “flatty”. That’s what I call my weird belly button. It all goes back to when I was born and a whole other crazy story. But just so you know. But here it is. Sorry, I am not showing you in my panties or a bikini… not right now. This will have to do. The compression shorts are bad, but they kinda hide just a smidge. This is me at 194 lbs. My goal is to be 130. Where my username comes in…. I want to lose 70 lbs. I am 5’7″ so I know that this is a healthy weight for me. I have been there before at one skinny point in my life.
To help the cardio along, I bought some knew shoes. I really did need them. My other ones had been around for a while and definitely had seen better days.
It was between these and some really cute pink ones that I may go back and get one day when I’m feeling frisky. But I chose these because they reminded me of cotton candy bubble gum. I may be the only person that thinks that but its okay. You can’t tell much from this pic anyways.
I have had this little puppy for a while and used it too but like everything else, I kinda forgot about it. But its pretty awesome. And I forgot how addicting it can be. For anybody who is wondering, Its the Fitbit One. Tracks steps, floors, miles and calories. And its very accurate. This one will track sleep patterns too but I don’t use it for the sleep part very much. They have more much cooler products out now since this little thing came out, but I still prefer the Fitbit One. You can make it much more discrete in your clothing verses some of the other products. ANDDDD… you can sync it to your phone. Yes, they have an app for it!
Well it is super late. I have been working on some thank you notes that are way over due. And I still need to get our lunches together for tomorrow, When I get home from work, I plan on starting meal prepping for the rest of the week. I haven’t ever prepared a meal plan that long. I usually take it day by day. But everyone who does it says its totally worth it and keeps you on track. Might as well give it a try right?
